		<description>The plate keeps the lemon submerged, so it cooks evenly throughout. It also keeps the water from splashing out of the pot. The olives and lemon were a great flavour combo, and really perked up the Swiss chard. Thank you for leaving a comment!</description>

		<description>We&#039;ll have to be on the lookout for black cod. This looks delicious. What happens if you don&#039;t put a plate on top of the lemon in the pot? The lemon mixed with the olives looks like a great idea as well.</description>
