I boil them in lots of salted water, about 15 minutes for 1.5-lb. lobsters, and then usually serve with melted butter infused with garlic and herbs. Interestingly, rosemary-garlic butter is very good with lobster. Add a green salad and you have a delicious meal with very little effort.</description>
